From arts en other stuff to social cultural work and trainership in
non formal education
After high school, I have successfully finished my bachelor in Arts at the Academy of Applied Arts in Budapest, Hungary. Since 1990 I am working as one of the owners of Korai Art-Design.
I started social-cultural work as a volunteer in 1992. I have extended it to be my professional career. In 2005 I started working as the coordinator of Social-cultural centre 't Stadsplein in Stede Broec. My international youth work career also started in 1992 within the European education programme Youth in Action, now knows as Erasmus+ Youth, I have done projects as project manager, guided young people in intercultural exchanges and international Voluntary Service, coached young people in their youth initiatives.
Since 1997 I work as a trainer in the field of non formal education. In 2009 I have entered the Dutch national pool of trainers for YiA, now Erasmus+ youth for the Dutch Youth Instititute. After I have participated in the European Training of Trainers I am considered a senior trainer in the field of non formal education.

Van kunst en andere zaken tot sociaal-cultureel werk en trainerschap in niet formeel leren
Na een VWO opleiding heb ik mijn studie gevolgd op de Academie van Toegepaste Kunsten in Boedapest. Sinds 1990 ben ik als ondernemer werkzaam in het bedrijf Korai Art-Design.
Als vrijwilliger ben ik in 1992 begonnen in het jongerenwerk en heb dat uitgebreid met een professionele carrière. Vanaf 2005 ben ik coördinator van Sociaal-cultureel Centrum 't Stadsplein in Stede Broec. Vanaf 1992 ben ik ook actief op internationaal jeugdwerk binnen het Europese educatieprogramma 'Youth in Action' als projectleider/ begeleider van uitwisselingen en internationaal vrijwilligerswerk en als coach voor jongereninitiatieven.
Sinds 1997 werk ik ook als freelance trainer in het veld van niet-formeel leren. Sinds 2009 ben ik één van trainers in de internationale Erasmus+ trainerpool van het Nederlands Jeugdinstituut. Na mijn deelname aan de Europese Training of Trainers ben ik senior trainer in het Europese werkveld van niet-formeel leren.
