INTRODUCING MY EXPERIENCE IN ARTS & CREATIVITY

NEDERLANDS

Binnen het sociaal cultureel werk en het niet formeel leren gebruiken we vaak creativiteit en kunstvormen. Ze helpen gedachten, ideeën en gevoelens uit te drukken. Maar creativiteit is méér dan dat. Het is oplossingsgericht denken, het is omdenken en talenten gebruiken om dingen voor elkaar te krijgen. Creativiteit is ontdekken, risico's nemen en buiten bestaande kaders denken. Creativiteit is anders en divers. Het is de basis van vernieuwing en eigenheid.

Sociaal werk, training en creativiteit gaan bij mij altijd samen. In de 22 jaar dat ik in dit veld werk draag ik het belang van creativiteit uit. Ik gebruik veel creativiteit in mijn werk,en mijn methodes. Maar ook motiveer en inspireer ik mensen om de creativiteit in zichzelf te (her)ontdekken.

Within the social cultural work and non formal education we often use creativity and art forms. They help to express thoughts, ideas and feelings. But creativity is more than that. It is solution oriented thinking it is change thinking, en using talents to realize ideas. Creativity is discovering, taking risks and think out of the box. Creativity is different and divers, It is the base for innovation and authenticity,

For me social work and creativity always go together. In 22 years of my work in this field I state the importance of creativity; I use creativity in my work and in my working methods. But I also motivate and inspire people to (re)discover creativity In themselves.

TRAININGS ON ARTS & CREATIVITY WITHIN YIA AND ERASMUS+

NEDERLANDS

Topsy Turvy - 2012-2014 (Nederland/ Duitsland) – 3 Internationale trainingen voor jongerenwerkers en trainers over de andere kijk op leren en autonoom denken. Thema's: non lineair leren, innovatieve leeromgevingen, fouten, chaos en verwarring in het leerproces.
Theme method Laboratory -2013 (Imatra, Finland) internationale training over het ontwikkelen van innovatieve methodes voor niet-formeel leren voor professionals in jeugdwerk
Philtre - 2008 (Italië) Training Philtre methode sociaal kunstproject. Deze artistieke werkvorm verbindt sociaal werk en kunst. Het brengt kunst naar de wijk en de wijk als inspiratie naar kunst.

Topsy Turvy- 2012 -2014 (Germany/ Netherlands) – 2 International trainings for youth workers and trainers in non formal education about new paradigms on leanring and autonomous thinking. Themes: non lineair learning, innovative learning environments, mistakes, Chaos and confusion.
Theme method Laboratory- 2013 (Imatra, Finland) international training about development of innvative methods for non formal edcuation for professionals in youth work,
Philtre - 2008 (Italy) Training social art Philtre method, cooperation artists and social workers. This artistic work form connects social cultural work and art. It brings art to the neighborhood and the neigborhood as an inspiration to the arts.

PROJECTS & WORKSHOPS ON CREATIVITY: A SELECTION

NEDERLANDS

Art2B (included) - 2007-2010 (Nederland,/ talië/ Duitsland) 4 jongerenuitwisselingen rondom Social Inclusion met theater, circus, muziek en multimedia. -buurthuis Princesluis/ scc 't Stadsplein. Dit project is genomineerd voor de Diversiteitsprjjs 2008 van Movisie.
Philtre- 2009-2011 Grundvig project (volwasseneneducatie) voor theatermakers en soc-cult werkers in Berlijn, Stockholm, Lyon en Stede Broec) over de Philtre methode, waarin de wijk als inspiratiebron wordt gebruikt voor een sociaal kunstimprovisatie.
Kunst, bekijk het maar! - 1995 (Nederland) Kunstproject in jongerencentrum Het Gebouwtje in Amsterdam. Jongeren maken kunst om hun jongerencentrum een eigen ceatief uiterlijk te geven.

Art, look at it! -1995 (Netherlands) Art project in youth centre in Amsterdam. Young people make their own art to change their centre in a creative way.
